Upon the initial enquiry, our customer had little experience with containers and was unsure as to the capacity of their site. Given 3J’s extensive experience in the field of containerised self storage, we were happy to help!
We often talk and meet with customers at the initial planning stages of creating a self-storage business in order to map out capacity and issue drawings, advise on security and methods of controlling condensation and recommending sizing options that are known to work well in the industry. Once we know your business, you can count on always getting a call from us when there is a deal to be had or we come across something that we think might work for you!
Another aspect of setting up a self-storage company that 3J are well versed in is dealing with finance companies for container purchases, at the time of writing (March 2025) there are some excellent finance deals available and we have experience in dealing with finance companies – we understand how they need to be invoiced and the information they require from us as your trusted supplier.
At this self storage site that we have helped to set up, we have currently delivered over 20 containers with at least 15 more scheduled in the coming weeks. We attend site for every delivery to free up the client and ensure they can go about their business.
