Shipping Container Smoking Shelters
The steel smoking shelters that we supply are custom made to order so the units can be tailored to suit individual sites. Containerised smoking shelters have been used on construction sites as designated smoking areas, outside pubs and restaurants to provide a covered space for customers and they are perfect for events and festivals as they can be easily moved.
Smoking Shelter Container Fabrication
The smoking shelters are fabricated using corrugated or flat steel panels with appropriate cross bearers and plywood flooring to suit the units size. They need to be well ventilated so we generally build half height walls to surround the unit, solid or mesh doors and full height walls with louvre vents can also be added. The steel can be painted to any RAL colour and can be branded with a company logo or used as product advertising space.
Lifting Eyes for Smoking Shelters
Lifting eyes are fitted as standard to the smoking shelters and forklift pockets can also be added if required. Internally the shelter will be painted to the same as the external colour or grey/white unless another colour is requested. Usually the smoking shelters are built to the sizes 8ft x 8ft or 10ft x 8ft however they can be made to suit the available space on your site from 4ft to 45ft. We can supply and fit additional items including:
