We recently ordered a large number of single use containers for our new self storage site, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. As this is our first site, the support we received was outstanding. The admin team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout. A special mention to Gordon, who came out on site and provided hands on support when we needed it most. His practical help and guidance made a real difference in getting everything set up properly. The containers themselves are exactly what we were looking for. Every unit is consistent, immaculate, and clearly specc’d to a very high standard. The uniform look across the site gives a professional finish that we’re really proud of. Overall, the combination of high quality containers and genuine, dedicated support gave us real confidence as first time operators. I”t would appear this is a very competitive market. When I went back to fellow competitors they told that 3J Services are kidding me on, they do not stock containers. They take the order, find a container, taking a smaller profit, and therefore you never get the container when you want.
I confronted 3J Services, they denied, and did what they said they would do. Its great when when you get what you ordered, delivered when promised, by a very helpful driver. 5 star service all round”. – G.L.

From the outset we were offered excellent advice on different containers etc, and Gordon even visited to our site to confirm that what we wanted would fit, and that the haulage Co could get the container into place. The haulage driver Chris was a magician with how he accessed a tight location, and place the container with pinpoint accuracy. A legend in his own right!!
