The Brief
A ladies gym in Wolverhampton contacted us regarding a container they required, it needed to include electrics, a side-mounted electric roller shutter, anti-condensation treatment and to be finished in RAL3015 pink. We supplied and modified a used 20ft high cube shipping container for the project.
The Challenge
The aim was to provide a practical and versatile container solution that offered convenient access while helping to minimise condensation. The container also needed to have a durable, attractive finish that suited the gym’s requirements and stood out visually.
Our Solution
A roller shutter was installed in the side of the 20ft high cube, offering electric operation for everyday convenience alongside the flexibility of manual opening when required. Grafo-Therm anti-condensation treatment was applied internally to help reduce condensation, and the exterior was painted in RAL3015 pink to achieve the desired finish.
The Result
The completed container delivers a bespoke solution tailored to the ladies’ gym in Wolverhampton. The side-mounted roller shutter provides convenient access, with flexible operating options, while the Grafo-Therm treatment helps manage internal condensation. Finished in eye-catching RAL3015 pink, the container combines practical features with a distinctive appearance, demonstrating how a used shipping container can be customised to meet specific customer requirements.
