Our existing client, who offers ferry crossings to the Isle of Wight from Portsmouth, contacted us for another two 20ft workshops and a 20ft welfare unit. The workshops consisted of the following modification to each of the 20ft used containers:
- 1 x side removed on each with additional steel to strengthen the opening
- Electrics (2 x lights, 2 x double sockets, 1 x heater, 1 x external connection, 1 x distribution board)
- 2 x standard windows
- 8ft manual roller shutter
- 10 point locking personnel door
- Lining and insulation
The 20ft welfare unit consisted of the following modification:
- Sink, water heater, base unit, work top
- Electrics (2 x lights, 2 x double sockets, 1 x heater, 1 x external connection, 1 x distribution board)
- 2 x standard windows
- 10 point locking personnel door
- Lining and insulation with melamine walls
