Our customer, a farmer based in Cheltenham, was looking for a steel shipping container on a budget to keep his farm goods and machinery secure and dry. The customer was intent on having a specific coloured container and so we scoured our stocks to ensure we could meet his requirements.

This particular customer was not internet savvy at all, he did not hold an email address so we adapted our usual working practices and worked with him to ensure that payment was made in a way which was comfortable for him and us – delivery was made on time and went smoothly with the exact product the customer required being delivered, he was over the moon.
